AI Associates | Teleperformance has long been recognized across Asia for its people-first philosophy, a belief that directly translates to spaces where engagement, well-being, and performance are seamlessly unified. These new regional offices in Jakarta and Singapore perfectly capture that vision through distinct yet connected design narratives, each reflecting the local spirit while embodying the global identity of Teleperformance.
To create a family of workspaces that feel both authentically localized and structurally aligned with the same global values, we developed contrasted aesthetics, each tailored to its specific operational and cultural role.
Teleperformance Jakarta: A Playground for Collaboration
In Jakarta, the design takes a bold and expressive approach, one that mirrors the city’s electric energy and Teleperformance’s vibrant company culture. From the moment you enter, the workspace comes alive with color, light, and rhythm. Dynamic lighting, vivid gradients, and bold geometric lines transform everyday circulation paths into sensory experiences that encourage movement and discovery.
The space is conceived as a “Playground for Collaboration” where employees can engage, unwind, and create connections in an environment that celebrates individuality and community. The design blurs the boundary between work and play, offering zones that support different modes of activity, from open collaboration areas and training rooms to intimate corners for focused tasks.
A striking highlight is its central breakout hub. A social heart that doubles as a casual meeting space, café, and gaming lounge. Here, productivity meets playfulness, reinforcing Teleperformance’s belief that engaged people create exceptional experiences.
Color plays a powerful, functional role throughout the space. The palette transitions from energizing hues of purple and magenta in active zones to cooler tones in quiet areas, symbolizing the rhythm of work and rest—a crucial component in high-performance environments.
Teleperformance Singapore — Calm, Modern, and Connection
In contrast, the Singapore office embodies a refined and contemporary calm. Designed for a regional hub, the sophisticated aesthetic reflects the brand’s global professionalism, utilizing a cleaner palette of natural wood tones and soft lighting to enhance focus and create a distinct sense of hospitality for key clients and executive teams.
At the heart of the design lies an emphasis on connection, both global and local. Brand elements are integrated with subtlety and purpose. The TP logo stands as an elegant statement of presence, while gentle infusions of the brand’s signature hues across selected furniture and accent features create continuity without overpowering the serene atmosphere.
Local culture is celebrated through thoughtful details. Custom batik motifs appear on upholstered seating and workstation dividers, blending traditional Southeast Asian artistry with modern corporate function. A feature mural showcasing an iconic Asian skyline adds depth and narrative, serving as a visual metaphor for Teleperformance’s presence across the region.
Innovation is expressed through purposeful spatial design. The “TP Cloud Campus”, a standout feature just behind the reception, embodies Teleperformance’s evolution in digital connectivity and agile work capabilities. This custom workstation sits beneath a softly illuminated canopy, symbolizing the company’s drive toward technology-enabled collaboration and future-ready infrastructure.
Meeting spaces are equally intentional. The boardroom features a distinctive V-shaped table designed to promote engagement and visibility among remote and in-person teams alike. Above it, a sculptural lighting installation glows gently, creating a focal point that’s both functional and atmospheric, achieving an elegant balance of sophistication and performance.
More than just a workplace, the Singapore office redefines what a modern corporate environment can be: professional yet personal, calm yet connected. Every element, from material texture to light tone, is designed to nurture well-being, belonging, and pride. It’s a reflection of Teleperformance’s core belief that people perform best when they feel valued, inspired, and at home in their professional environment.
