DB&B worked closely with the appointed overseas designer of a global hospitality company to design and build this new 15,000 square feet office space, including the addition of a new floor. The collaboration aimed to integrate the company’s hospitality ethos into the workspace, ensuring a cohesive brand experience. Through thoughtful planning and execution, DB&B brought the design vision to life, transforming the office into a sophisticated and functional environment that fosters productivity and reflects the brand’s core values.
Blending Modern Heritage
The reception area features stunning louvre panels that evoke the architectural details of colonial buildings, blending historical elegance with modern design. Wall panels adorned with finely crafted timber beading add depth and dimension to the space. Each panel is a work of art, meticulously assembled with intricately arranged timber beading that forms captivating patterns. This combination creates a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for visitors as they enter the office.
The Grand Staircase Experience
The staircase stands as a pivotal design element, seamlessly connecting the office to a new level and elevating the entire space. Its elegant structure fosters a sense of cohesion, transforming the working experience into something grand. Suspended above is a stunning chandelier, casting a shimmering raindrop effect that dances with each step taken. This masterpiece of design and engineering not only captivates the eye but also creates an inspiring atmosphere and leaves a lasting impression on visitors. As one ascends, the interplay of light and design becomes a focal point, embodying the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Revitalising the Social Area
The social area serves as a lively hub within the office and has undergone a thoughtful transformation, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. With a change in the orientation of the furniture, the space now encourages more fluid interactions and gatherings among employees. Comfortable seating arrangements, featuring cosy couches and communal tables, create inviting spaces for informal meetings, brainstorming sessions, or simply unwinding during breaks.
The colour palette combines soft, earthy tones with vibrant accents, contributing to a relaxed yet energising atmosphere. A new display chiller, filled with a diverse selection of refreshments, invites employees to take a moment for themselves or engage in casual conversations. The inclusion of plants and artwork further enhances the social area, making it a visually appealing and enjoyable space that fosters connection and collaboration among colleagues.

The thematic meeting rooms are thoughtfully designed to reflect the distinctive aesthetic of the global hospitality company’s brand portfolio, creating an immersive experience.
