Mason Studio, the award-winning interior design studio recognized for their distinctive ‘less but better’ design philosophy, has applied their aesthetic to the leasing office of the newest residential project in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Toronto, Canada.
The Lifetime Liberty Market Tower Leasing Office embodies ambition and adaptability through functional design within intentional spaces. Located in Toronto’s bustling Liberty Village, the workspace intends to motivate its team and clientele of executive professionals and small business owners alike, emphasizing aspirations of big dreams and new endeavours. The layout encourages not only productivity but also flexibility, acknowledging the need for collaborative workstyles and adaptability in today’s fast-paced business landscape.
Beyond its sleek aesthetics, the office layout is a symphony of purposeful spaces: a 12-seat boardroom beckons for strategic planning sessions, while cosy yet efficient quiet office units offer a retreat for focused work. The kitchen and café hub provides a communal area for collaboration and casual exchange of ideas, fostering a sense of community within the workspace. Natural elements like wood finishes, slate, and marble not only infuse warmth into the environment but also balance the sunlight and retain a signature look.
