Conexus Studio | As a leader in IT solutions, CTC Global Singapore drives digital transformation with cutting-edge technology infrastructure that empowers enterprises to thrive. Its regional office, conceived and delivered by Conexus Studio, embodies this forward-thinking ethos, harmonising futuristic digitalism with the calming embrace of human-centric design.

An oversized digital wall commands the reception — an immediate and unmistakable declaration of CTC Global’s high-tech identity.
A Stage for Digital Presence
At the heart of the arrival experience is a reception area that doubles as an art installation. A six-metre-wide digital wall animates the brand, greeting visitors with a kinetic display that reflects the company’s technological prowess. Adjacent to it, a product display and award shelves invite guests to see and engage with the work that CTC champions. Floating above the reception, a striking elevated circular meeting room enclosed in glass symbolises transparency and connection.
Next to the lobby, the Innovation Hub and breakout area extends this narrative of engagement. Defined by its oval footprint and integrated greenery, it rejects the rigidity of conventional training rooms. Instead, it functions as a flexible venue for client showcases, internal workshops and collaborative forums — adaptable, open, and embedded with technology that allows rapid transformation.

Semi-frosted glass shields without severing, preserving privacy while keeping the boardroom visually connected to the office around it.
Where Hospitality Meets Workplace
Moving deeper into the workspace, the atmosphere shifts perceptibly. The high-contrast dynamism of the entrance gives way to a softer spatial language influenced by Japandi sensibilities. Natural timber hues, woven textiles and tactile stone surfaces replace the cooler metallic finishes of the front-of-house. Biophilic elements temper the high-tech palette, creating moments of calm within the workday.
At its centre is the work café — the social heart of the office. Bathed in natural light, it is conceived less as a corporate space and more as a contemporary coffee bar. A bespoke mosaic-inlaid table inscribed with the Japanese greeting “Konnichiwa” anchors the room, a cultural touchstone that encourages interaction and shared moments, blending hospitality with functionality.

The elevated boardroom anchors the work café, with tiered steps doubling as agile seating and alternative workpoints for optimal functionality.
Seating is intentionally varied. Communal tables foster collective energy, café chairs support informal meetings, and softer lounge corners offer moments of retreat. Smaller meeting rooms sit discreetly beyond, allowing teams to transition effortlessly between casual dialogue and focused discussion.
The space encourages staff not merely to work, but to inhabit the office — to pause, recharge, and connect.
Designed for Agility
Adaptability defines the office. Spatial planning anticipates change, embedding flexibility into the architecture itself.
The elevated boardroom, equipped with operable walls, can divide into two smaller meeting spaces or open fully for larger gatherings. The open café flexes between company-wide presentations and small group collaboration with ease, its layout accommodating a spectrum of work styles — from focused individual tasks to spontaneous team huddles.

Scaled for the whole company, the adaptable work café transforms effortlessly into a dynamic townhall setting for company-wide events and large gatherings.
Rather than prescribing behaviour, the design offers choice. The floorplate is planned as a flexible landscape to support a spectrum of work styles reflecting a cultural shift towards autonomy and openness. Acoustic phone booths and quiet enclaves provide spaces for focused tasks, while open collaboration zones and lounge corners encourage spontaneous teamwork.
The result is a workplace that does not just house technology, but humanises it. In Singapore’s dense corporate landscape, this regional office offers a proposition: that technology need not feel cold. Beneath the glow of its digital wall and within timber-lined cafés, innovation unfolds on a human scale — measured, connected and warmly alive.
We didn’t set out to make a typical tech office for CTC Global — we wanted to give form to their cultural values. The design balances precision and openness: high‑impact moments that excite, and quieter, humane spaces that support focus, connection and wellbeing. It’s a workplace that moves with its people, not around them.
