PGIM Real Estate partnered with DB&B and furniture manufacturer Office Planner to create a stunning showsuite that embodies the concept of a “living workspace.”
PGIM Real Estate, a global leader in real estate investment management, embarked on a mission to redefine the commercial real estate landscape. Their latest project, 108 Robinson Road, is a testament to this commitment. After undergoing extensive renovation to the whole building in 2023, PGIM Real Estate then focused on marketing the floor-by-floor spaces.
To showcase the potential of these freehold strata offices, PGIM Real Estate partnered with leading interior design firm DB&B and furniture manufacturer Office Planner. The collaborative effort resulted in the creation of a stunning showsuite that embodies the concept of a “living workspace.”
DB&B’s design philosophy centred on creating a space that is not just functional but also inspiring and engaging. The design team carefully curated a blend of modern aesthetics and nostalgic elements, resulting in a unique and memorable workspace.
A Nod to the Past, a Vision for the Future
The showsuite seamlessly blends the past and the present. Nostalgic graphics and wall art depicting Singapore’s rich heritage add a touch of warmth and character to the space. These visual elements create a sense of connection to the city’s history and culture, making the workplace more than just a place to work.
A Harmonious Blend of Form and Function
The design team worked with Office Planner to meticulously select furniture and decor to create a harmonious balance between form and function. The use of various textures and colours adds depth and dimension to the space, while the strategic placement of furniture promotes both individual focus and collaborative work.
The showsuite features a variety of workspaces, from quiet, private offices to open, collaborative areas. Each zone is designed to meet the diverse needs of modern workers, fostering productivity and creativity.
