Udina Work is the symphony of form and function, a table effortlessly lightening the heart of meeting rooms and defying the conventional weightiness associated with central tables.

The organic ethos of integrating natural materials into furniture allows for a sense of warmth and connection to nature, especially when you’re indoors all day long. Mathias Seiler took matters into his own hands with the Udina Work range, a series of tables characterised by its unique sculptural base and super elliptical tabletop.

The Udina Work Design by Girsberger is designed for important round-the-table conversations. The precise joint line, defining its form, splits the base into two distinct parts. Notably, the concrete base not only serves an aesthetic purpose, but also ensures remarkable stability, relying on its substantial weight. This structural integrity enables the table to accommodate overhanging tabletops of 280cm.

Boasting exceptional versatility, this table can seamlessly integrate into different design themes —whether it be a minimalist space, embracing brutalism or capturing the essence of industrial style. Especially for minimalism, where the pursuit of simplicity and purposeful design reign supreme, Udina Work stands as an ideal companion. They also offer the option for integrated electrical connections with flush-mounted sockets and a discreet cable tray. Its clean lines and unembellished surfaces contribute to an environment free from unnecessary distractions.

Despite its minimalistic allure, the table’s base injects a touch of personality, adding a subtle yet striking element. The curved design is rooted in thoughtful consideration of both safety and user experience, where rounded edges can minimise the risk of injuries from accidental collisions with sharp corners. Offering a more pleasant visual experience, the tactile feel of rounded edges also enhances overall comfort. The unique base allows light to permeate, preventing the under-table from appearing overly dark or shadowed. This is particularly advantageous in tight or compact spaces as it also streamlines space efficiency.

The rectangular tabletops, as well as circular ones with a matching round base, come in 3 different solid wood selections: Oak, Knotty Oak and American Walnut. The concrete base is also available in either light or dark grey.

The incorporation of natural materials in some sense, brings the outdoors indoors. Essentially, Udina Work represents a holistic approach, where aesthetics, functionality, and user experience come together to create a harmonious environment for meeting discussions.
